Are you a passionate, dedicated Housing Services Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Housing Services Officer to join a Housing Services team based in Bolton.

Pay Rates: £16.90 per hour

Duration: 16/01/2023 - 03/03/2023

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hrs/week - Office based 

Housing Services Officer role: Full JD Available

• Supporting new refugees through the Refugee Transitions Outcomes Fund with housing and integration.
• Deliver opportunities within the private rented sector. 
• Interviewing housing services customers regarding a range of issues.
• Organise suppliers and repair contractors as required.
• Deal with enquiries relating to housing services including landlords, tenants, internal and external agencies.
• Accurately input, amend, extract and analyse relevant information held on a range of computer databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist the Housing Service Manager with a full range of Housing Management duties including Community Housing Management, Income Management, Anti-Social Behaviour Management and Project Work. 

Essential Requirements:

• Recent experience in either temp accommodation, housing support or homelessness
• Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of current Housing Management issues
• Have an understanding of the needs of diverse customer groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• DBS Certificate
