Umbrella Pay Rate: £14.00ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

Housing Systems Operations team are responsible for delivering core business functions to a multi-million-pound Housing Service, through the provision of high quality system management and support, ensuring customers’ outcomes are at the centre of what is delivered at all times. The team play a key role in improving business performance.

Accountabilities:  

• Responsible for the processing and monitoring of rent via direct debits, management of repairs invoices, progressing the Right to Buy scheme, progressing Emergency LWP assistance and resolving a range of Housing System issues to ensure the smooth operation o.
• Basic knowledge of Housing Legislation & welfare benefits is desirable.
• First point of contact for our customers.*
• Manage and support the various housing business systems - supporting teams operations.
• Responsible for developing and implementing new financial support services to include new income streams, driving forward innovation. **
• Responsible for managing the setting, collection & comms of multi-million p.p.a. in rent debits
