HR Systems and Information Officer - Solihull

Full Time

£16.92PH  

Role:

  • To deliver accurate and timely HR information to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • To deliver the yearly MI calendar of planned work to ensure information is delivered on time and meets the needs of customers.
  • To lead and contribute in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of HR systems.
  • To lead on projects to support the Human Resources plan, to drive forward with continuous improvement through the exploitation of technology and process redesign.

Responsibilities:

  • To support the HR Information team to deliver accurate and timely HR information; key HR management indicators, FOI, workforce returns and ad-hoc request for HR data.
  • To work with senior and operational managers to ensure data is collected for statutory returns in line with guidance.         
  • To design and build reports and dashboard using range of tools to facilitate the needs of customers.
  • To administer and maintain the HR pages on the Council’s Intranet and Extranet sites.
