HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Engineer
Location: Aberdeen, AB25

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Hourly Rate: £22.00ph via umbrella

Starting: ASAP

Duration: Temporary, (Temp to Perm for the right candidate)

Requirements:

Must be fully qualified mechanically.

Must be able to pass a DBS

Duties will include but not limited to:

Maintaining a large commercial sized building.

To carry out all applicable installation/maintenance & testing to current qualifications and regulations

Carry out all work to current F Gas Regulations

Ensure all work is carried out safely and completed to high quality

Inspect, repair, and install HVAC equipment in response to reactive jobs round all college sites.

Conduct regular preventative maintenance and make any adjustments necessary including testing and examining heating, air conditioning & ventilation

To make sure all certificates are complete after every installation, repair and service.

To carry out risk assessments before every job.
