Leaving Care Support Worker - Bolton
Are you a passionate, dedicated Leaving Care Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Leaving Care Support Worker to join a team based in Bolton (Hybrid).
Pay Rates: £14.89 - £18.74 per hour
Leaving Care Support Worker role: Full JD Available
- You will be required to Support Looked After Children, Care Leavers and Homeless Young People, aged 16 – 25
- Help them learn life skills, improve life chances, and develop independence
- Create plans with for each individual on their behaviour
- Work with colleagues and partner agencies regarding the young people
- Attend reviews and conferences and provide advice
Essential Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence, Vehicle, Business Insurance - mileage reimbursed
- NVQ Level 3 in caring for children and young people or equivalent
- Recent experience working with vulnerable young people and care leavers
- You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
