M&E Asset Surveyor

M&E Asset Surveyor - Covering the Midlands

Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Up to £220ph ltd via umbrella.

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with an Asset Management Consultancy who are currently looking to recruit an M&E Asset Surveyor to carry out an asset verification and condition survey of commercial/retail premises in and around London.

The total batch of work will run for around 3-6 months in total.

The successful individual will be working as part of a team responsible for logging, tagging and creating condition reports for all M&E elements associated to each site.

All information and data will be capture on a tablet device using their inhouse asset capture software.

We are ideally looking for candidates who are qualified with a Mechanical or electrical qualification.

Prior experience within asset registers, commissioning or condition survey experience will be preferred.

This role will be outside of IR35 due to the nature of the engagement
