Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Start Date: The client requires someone to start as soon as possible,  the ideal candidate will be able to start immediately
Duration: Temp to perm
Location: Bradford, BD7

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am till 4pm

Pay Rate: £15 - £17PH (Payments via Umbrella)

Duties may include but are limited to:

• Carry out Fabric Technician duties, such as but not limited to:
  • Maintenance / repair to joinery
  • Maintenance / minor repair to building fabric Ad hoc painting
  • Minor mechanical / electrical repairs
  • Minor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockages
  • Gutter & gulley clearance
  • (PPM’s) Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs assigned
  • Lath & Plaster inspections
  • Repairs and modifications to tiling
  • Repairs and modification to door locks and door jam repair, hanging doors, adjusting and installing door closers,
  • Repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the building.
