Maintenance Plumber - Various London Locations

We are looking for an experienced maintenance plumber to cover sites such as Hotels, Leisure Centres and Restaurants in the following areas:

Watford, Slough, Edgware, Wembley and Twickenham

Standard working days will be Monday to Friday.

Standard hours are as followed; 8am till 5pm.

Call Out: 1 in 4

20 days holiday.

Salary: £28,000 (The role has the potential to go permanent). The client pays door to door.

Personal Specification;
The individual would need to be an experienced maintenance plumber engineer with good knowledge of Plumbing systems and Unvented Systems.

The individual must be fully qualified (City and Guilds Plumbing Level 2/3 or Equivalent).

The individual most posses a full manual driver’s license.

Some key abilities would include:
• Good Knowledge of Plumbing and Unvented Systems

• Fault finding

• Maintaining logbooks to a high standard.

Duties will include but not limited to;

Repairing/Replacing/installing taps, toilets, hotel system pipework.

Working on Boosters and Unvented Systems.

Carry out Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.

Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.

Ensure that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales.

Proactively reduce energy consumption on site.

To carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

To understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.

To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.

To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
