Mechanical maintenance Engineer Required (Building Services/Facilities Maintenance)

Location: Goodmayes, IG3
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: On-going (Temp to perm opportunity)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm.
Rate: £22per hour via umbrella

Duties may include but are not limited to:

PPM & Reactive Maintenance

The day-to-day operation & maintenance in line with KPI’s and SLA’s and the Maintenance Model for Preventative Maintenance.

Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.

To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required.

Assist Lead engineer and Account Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.

Attend to reactive calls in line with KPI’s and SLA’s.

PPM and reactive maintenance work within a hospital.
Must be fully qualified mechanically.
Must be able to pass a DBS/Enhanced DBS.
