Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Seam

Mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer Required - Steam Experience – Based in Ware, SG12

Immediate Start

Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Paying up to £22ph via umbrella.

Running till 25/03/2022 – Could be extended if all goes well.

Working within a large commercial building.

General Duties Include (But Are Not Limited To):

To check, test, set and adjust mechanical equipment to the levels to their proven competence and electrical reset’s where applicable

To operate and monitor plant items and services and to maintain such systems including the addition of chemicals and lubricants in accordance with current COSHH regulations.

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.

Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.

Assist other team members when required or as directed from line manager.
 
Requirements:
Level 3 NVQ in Heating and Ventilation

Steam experience
Must have 3+ years’ experience within a similar role
