Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer – (Vehicle provided)

Based At: Dartford, Bromley and Croydon

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 40 hours / week, 8.00 am and 5.00 pm.

Pay: £22.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duration: Ongoing, potentially temp to perm for the right person

Purpose of Job

To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive repairs as required on client sites as programmed

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.

Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.

Attend sites and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by contract administrator.

Ensure log books are kept up to date and all statutory logs are completed

Maintain the professional image of CBRE at all times.

Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all CBRE employees and clients’ representatives.

Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in Electrical discipline (essential).
• Drivers License (essential).
• Experience of maintenance, testing and fault finding on a variety of equipment.
