Occupational Therapist- Assessment & Brief Intervention Team - West London

Are you a passionate, dedicated, Experienced Senior Occupational Therapist looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting OT’s to work with for a Local Authority in and around West London.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the frontline Occupational Therapy Service’s interface with the council’s access point, key internal partners & external agencies.
• To provide manual handling advice within a rapid response delivery model.
• Provide clinical supervision & guidance to a range of Occupational Therapists & assistants within the team.
• To be involved with delivering training to the services newly identified Trusted Assessors.
• To be involved with new initiatives that become viable as part of the ongoing modernisation within Social Care.
• This OT may be required to supervise Independent living assessors, Triaging experience & an awareness to what is seen as high priority cases for prevention of hospital admission , immediate equipment provision e.g. hoists & carer breakdown.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have a valid Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration  
• Must have at least 1 years previous Experience
