Pay Rate: £16.06 - £21.01per Hour

What you will be doing:

• Occupational Therapist required to complete face to face Assessments in service users homes and residential settings in line with the Care Act 2014.
• DFG, Equipment, seating local authority and moving and handling skills essential.
• To also offer support to newly qualified staff regarding adaptations and moving and handling cases.The role will include setting up care, undertaking functional assessments, providing therapy intervention, and ordering essential equipment once the person has been discharged home.
• They will also be required to screen and work with partners to ensure that referrals into the service are appropriate.
• You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Assistants and receive dedicated support from Seniors Therapists and Managers.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have a valid Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration  
• Must have at least 6 months Experience
• Ideally be a car Driver.
