4Healthcare are seeking experienced Band 5 RGNs (Registered General Nurses) or Orthopaedic Ward Nurses to work within Hertfordshire.

Hours: Full-Time Days

Shifts: Long Shifts Available

Pay Rate: £23 - £34 per hour

What you will be doing-

You will be based in a 30-bedded unit that provides a comprehensive range of neuro-musculoskeletal health care, ranging from the most acute spinal injury or complex bone tumour to orthopaedic medicine and specialist rehabilitation for chronic back pain sufferers. This broad range of neuro-musculoskeletal services is unique within the NHS. Training for staff will be available where you will also have support from fellow colleagues including the Psycho team on the unit for challenging patients.

Who you are-

The suitable Band 5 Registered Nurse (RN/RGNs) will need to have commitment and flexibility, expect to be working from Monday to Friday and have good spoken English. Experience in an acute setting like stroke is preferred but not essential, experience in a hospice (orthopaedic cancer/spinal tumours) is useful but not essential and recent Spinal experience is preferable but not essential.

If you are interested in finding a Nursing post that will allow you to expand your knowledge on all aspects of nursing care from basic care to more specialist care in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) then this is the role for you.

What You will need-

To be able to register with us you will need to have a Registered NMC, an Enhanced DBS, to be IV Trained, have 3 years' worth of references and have 1 years minimum UK Hospital experience and Orthopaedic experience.
