PAT Tester

We are currently looking for a PAT Tester. You will be working in Leeds. This will be for the council

Monday - Friday

Temp Contract

Pay rate - £12ph

Job Purpose

Responsible for identifying faults and completing test reports to confirm which equipment if working safely and efficiently and which are condemned as unsafe to use. Ensuring all work is of a high standard and carried out in strict compliance with all relevant legislation and council procedures concerning the health and safety of self and others.

Main Duties

• Test portable appliances
• Carry out small remedial works where required
• Completion of testing reports and certificates
• Apply Council Values and abide by all relevant policies and procedures in particular those relating to Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, and Health & Safety
• Engage with Building Managers and users to reduce disruption to services whilst maintaining a high level of productivity
