Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Personal Advisor to join a Leaving Care Team based in Hereford.

Pay Rates: £13.67 per hour

Duration: 13/03/2023 - 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, 37 hrs/week - Hybrid

Personal Advisor role: Full JD Available

• Direct work with young people aged 16 -25
• Act as point of contact to ensure all support is provided
• Help them to access education, training, employment, activities and suitable accommodation
• Help them develop skills that enables young people to be equipped to be able to live their lives independently including finances and budgeting
• Participate in assessment, preparation and reviews of pathway plans
• Keep accurate and up to date records of contacts
• Develop strong, trusting working relationships

Essential Requirements:

• Recent experience working with young people in a similar supporting role
• Good understanding of issues such as mental health, substance misuse, housing legislation and support and safeguarding
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
