Job Description
Personal Advisor/Buckinghamshire
To work as part of a team to provide support to young people preparing to leave care and to be responsible for their support post care. To undertake the role of aftercare personal advisor and to work with the social worker and other colleagues to the benefit of the young person.
Salary is £Rate
