Achieving for Children - Project Management Assessor/Trainer

Location: Twickenham Training Centre, 53 Grimwood Road, Twickenham, Richmond, TW1 1BY.

Contract: Initial contract to 28th August 2021 with possible further extension.

Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Payrate: £16.25 an Hour

Description:

We are looking for an Assessor/Trainer who can be involved in the following:

The delivery of apprenticeship standards including Business Administration and Customer Service.

Oversee the evolution and development of lesson plans, schemes of work, and resources managing a caseload of learners.

Participate in standardisation meetings and peer observations of teaching, learning and assessment.

Support a caseload of learners individually providing ongoing assessment and carrying out learner reviews.

Engage with employers to maintain and develop relationships.

Assist in the recruitment, induction, support, assessment and training of learners.

Provide appropriate Information, Advice and Guidance.

Prepare learners to undertake End Point Assessment.

We are also keen to develop a new Associate Project Manager apprenticeship and are keen to hear from anyone with relevant vocational competency in this field.

Additional required Skills:

Proven experience delivering and assessing Business Administration and Customer Service Standards

An experienced apprenticeship assessor trainer with Project Management experience and evidential occupational competence (Desirable).

Proven experience and track record of supporting apprentices through End Point Assessment.

Experience assessing and delivering other apprenticeship frameworks and/or standards including Management, Business Administration and Customer Service.

A good knowledge of Apprenticeship standards and related external body requirements.

The ability to develop and enhance programme content and delivery methods that meet the requirements of the apprenticeship standard.

Experience managing a large caseload of apprentices, assessing and training cohorts of up to 20 learners.

Able to work collaboratively with the Manager, Internal Quality Assurer and EPAO to report on learner progress and the quality of the provision.
