4Recruitment Services are seeking a Property Lawyer for Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.

Salary is £150 p/d. (Negotiable for Candidates with more Exp)

They will be dealing with their own case load of work which will feature sales and purchases of land, granting leases and other related landlord and tenant matters and dealing with a varied range of other conveyancing instructions together with supporting senior colleagues in their work.

As the work will be varied and challenging the successful candidate must be an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with specific experience in the drafting of complex property agreements.

You will need:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE specialising in Commercial Property transactions
• Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment.
• Dependable, responsive, and committed to producing high quality work.
• Flexible, and willing to pitch in on matters and projects to better serve our clients, even if the work falls outside your normal scope of duties.

Salary is £150 p/d. (Negotiable for Candidates with more Exp)
