Selby District Council - Property Services Officer

Location: Civic Centre, Doncaster Road, Selby, North Yorkshire, YO8 9FT

Contract: Initial Three-Month Contract with Potential Extension

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm / Monday to Friday

Payrate: £10.97 an Hour

Description:

We urgently require support with scheduling repairs for our Property Improvement team. To ensure that responsive repairs are effectively arranged to maintain a productive department.

Previous experience with scheduling is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Effectively plan, organise, allocate and alter appointments for Property Services operatives, reporting to the Property Improvement Team Leader regarding progress/performance.

Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Assist the Property Improvement Team Leader in performance management.

Assist the Property Improvement Team Leader in the forward planning of change within Property Services.

Carry out a variety of administration duties as required.

Undertake any other relevant duties as may be required.
