Qualified Social Worker | Adoption/Family Placement Team | Preston

We require an experienced Social Worker to work within a Family Placement team in Preston. To be successful for this role, you are required to have a minimum of 2 years recent Social Work experience of working within an Adoption team.

The successful Social Worker will have experience of:

• Completing adoption assessments
• Special guardianship assessments
• Taking cases to panel
• Family & Friends finding
• Assessing prospective carers
• Writing reports
• Planning for Permanence

To apply for this role you must have:

• A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
• Be HCPC Registered
• Previous experience within a Court/Family Placement or Fostering Team
• Be eligible to work within the UK

Rate is £28 per hour
