Social Worker | Adults - Supported Living - Review Team | Gloucester

We require an experienced Social Worker to work within an Adults Review Team based within Gloucester. To be successful for this role, you are required to have a minimum of 2 years recent Social Work experience of working within an Adults Review Team.

The successful Social Worker will have experience of:

• Working on a duty desk
• Assessment of Care Packages
• Working in a high paced team
• Liaising with Clients and Professionals/Agencies
• Risk Assessments
• Knowledge of relevant legislation

To apply for this role you must have:

• A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
• Be HCPC Registered
• Be eligible to work within the UK

Salary is £35ph
