Qualified Social Worker | Leaving Care | Swindon

We require an experienced Social Worker to work within a Leaving Care team based within Swindon. The Successful Social Worker will be required to have a minimum of 2 years recent Social Work experience of working within Leaving Care team.

The successful Social Worker will have experience of:

* Care Proceedings
* Working with Children in Care
* Advocate Meetings

As well as, Experience of working with and planning for young people transitioning to Leaving Care to include UASC. To include a good understanding of the current Leaving Care legislation. Experience with regards to identifying and managing risks to children and young adults.

To apply for this the Social Worker must have

* A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
* Be HCPC Registered
* Be eligible to work within the UK

Salary is £33-£35ph
