Are you a passionate, dedicated Reablement Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Reablement Support Worker to join a team based in Wigan, providing integrated, multidisciplinary programmes of Reablement across the borough.   

Pay Rates: £13.17 per hour 

Duration: 26/12/2022 - 3 months

Hours: Rota basis including weekends - Hybrid 

Reablement Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Help restore/maintain the service user’s ability to remain within their own home
• Support with psychological effects
• Promote independence
• Support individuals to develop and maintain links with families, friends and local communities
• Assist with medication where needed
• Contribute to activity plans and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with other agencies and professionals such as social workers and therapists
• Willing to complete Trusted Assessor Award
• Build strong working relationships

Essential Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence, business insurance, access to a vehicle
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• An understanding and awareness of Reablement processes which allow service users to return home and live as independently as possible
• Flexibility
• Excellent decision making skills
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Adult DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
