Recruitment Administrator – South Gloucestershire

Salary: £ 10.00 Per Hour

Full Time (35 hours per week)

Role Purpose:

We are now looking for a recruitment administrator to support our children’s social care department – mainly to help get candidates booked into interviews and new starters through the pre-employment checks as quickly as possible. Ideally someone with Recruitment experience who is proactive and able to work on multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities:

  • Take candidates through pre-employment checks
  • Request DBS checks when required
  • Request medical checks
  • Send and chase references.
  • Use our online applicant tracking system to help manager raise a vacancy, arrange interviews, and send offer letters to candidates.
  • Keep in contact with candidates so they are ready for their first day
  • Research and write adverts in line with our recruitment brand
  • Create vacancy templates on the system and post vacancies to our careers site and any other external advertising platforms being used.
