Due to growth within the company over the past year, we are currently looking to bring in a Recruitment Consultant to join our Trades and Operatives Team here at 4Recruitment.

Responsibilities include:

• Source and select candidates for shortlist by identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
• Building relationship with Locum Workers
• Working closely alongside the consultants to provide the best candidates for all Private and Public Clients that we supply to.
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting for Trades and Operatives roles at a Recruitment Company.
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Knowledge of various roles within the trades industry.
• Microsoft Office Competent – Word/Outlook/Excel
• Organised and Proactive
