Repairs Coordinator – Swindon (Temp Vacancy)

Pay Rate: £15.48ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

Property Maintenance team seeking Repairs Coordinator to help continue the delivery of the best possible repairs service to our customers. As a key member of our maintenance team you will be part of the delivery of responsive repairs works to our housing stock and corporate buildings.

Must have a minimum qualification NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent. Sound working experience in domestic maintenance and detailed knowledge of the building crafts will be utilised within this role.

6 month contract with potential to go perm

Full driving licence is essential

37 hours per week, 8am to 4pm
