Are you a passionate, dedicated RMN looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting RMN’s to work across various shift patterns and wards in Hospitals within the Essex area.

Pay Rates: £16.96 Days, £24.29 Nights & Saturdays and £30.51 Sunday & Bank Holiday

This role is for 12 weeks. Full time hours 37.5hrs per week working over 7 days

Can be either just all long days or all long nights or the candidate can work a mixture on a rota basis.

What you will be doing:

You will contribute to the comprehensive assessment of young people in the area / team that you are working.

You will work as a member of the nursing team in providing high quality, evidence-based, holistic nursing care to patients in line with your NMC professional code of conduct and trust policies. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate packages of care based upon individual patient needs, under the guidance of the Nursing Team Leader as per NICE guidance.

The Staff Nurse post will compliment and support the Ward Manager and Charge Nurses with direct responsibility for leading the team of staff on a day to day basis providing advice and support to lower banded staff within your professional group and team locality. This may include the management of these staff in line with agreed Trust HR processes as required.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering services; providing a 7-day a week, 24-hours a day service for 365 days a year working shifts where appropriate and operationally required.

In delivering your duties you are expected to display behaviours that are aligned with the Trust values and in accordance with the NHS Constitution at all times. 

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have at least 6 months Mental Health Hospital Experience as a Nurse.
  • Must hold current valid medical indemnity insurance.
  • Must have either MAPA or PMVA Training.
  • Right to Live and Work in the UK
  • Must have a valid NMC Pin and not be subject to any restrictions of practice.
