Pay Rates: £37.94 - £47.98 per hour

Senior Housing Options Officer role: Full JD Available

• You will be required to supervise a small team of officers ensuring that day to day homeless duties are met. 
• Provide assistance to Homeless Intervention Officers. 
• Provide housing advice service to members of the public. 
• Ensure deadlines are met and that best practice is applied into day to day case work. 
• Manage performance and attendance. 

Essential Requirements:

• Driving Licence, Vehicle and Business Insurance to work across the borough
• Previous experience working as a Housing Options Officer
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
