Umbrella Pay Rate: £19.89ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Information Officer to work within Democratic and Information Services as part of the City Solicitors Team. Reporting to the Head of Democratic & Information Services, this role offers you an exciting opportunity to support the information governance processes of Liverpool Council. Your work will be varied across the whole range of information governance activity and will include particular focus on support Freedom of Information and Data Protection processes, co-ordinating response processes across all the directorates in the Council and will lead on preparing responses for those requests requiring public interest considerations. You will also work to ensure the Council complies with the associated statutory requirements and deadlines for performance. Crucially, this role is offered on a predominantly remote working basis.
