Are you a passionate, dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting for up to Sernior OT’s to work with the reablement service in and around South East London.

Pay Rate: £28.11-£35.00 per hour

What you will be doing: 

• Position is within Intermediate Care Southwark (Reablement Service)
  Intermediate Care provides integrated health and social care in the community to reduce admissions to hospital, facilitate early discharge and reduce the need for long term care services by providing the services within the home.

• To provide a supervisory and oversight service to Occupational Therapist, social workers, Physiotherapist and non qualified staff through provision of management, professional expertise, skills and advice to ensure high quality services are delivered within adult services.

• To provide a service that gives the people of The Borough an intensive assessment period in order to evaluate their needs and provide for future support. 

• To support Team Manager in service development, safeguarding, professional supervision, and other management responsibilities. Responsible for setting the standards and supervising the work of qualified staff and unqualified staff. To cover day to day management of the team if required.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have a valid Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration  
• The candidate must have excellent knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity and safeguarding
