Senior Practitioner | Family Support | Thurrock

We require an experienced Senior Practitioner to work within a Family Support team based within Thurrock. To be successful for this role, you are required to have a minimum of 4 years recent Senior Practitioner experience of working within a Family support team.

The successful Senior Practitioner will have experience of:

• Manage a caseload of complex and difficult cases to a high standard
• Working with children on the Child Protection Register, Looked after Children and Children in Need
• Child protection Care proceedings
• Attending Court
• Court Reports
• Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
• Section 47s
• Core Assessments
• Child protection meetings
• Case conferences
• Attending LAC Reviews

To apply for this role you must have:

• A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
• Be HCPC Registered
• Be eligible to work within the UK
• Be a car driver

Salary is £32ph
