Are you a passionate, dedicated SWA looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Social Work Assistant to join a Family Time service based in Leeds. 

Pay Rates: £16.67 per hour

Social Work Assistant role: 

• Contact supervision between children and families.
• Plan the arrangements for family time with the social worker and manager.
• Facilitate the family time to enable children and young people to have positive interactions with their parents/ carers during their period of separation.
• Observe, assess and record the contacts/ family time.
• Inform the Social Worker of needs or issues arising.
• Build trusting relationships with the children and families.
• Liase with the appropriate social worker.

Essential Requirements:

• Basic level of Child Protection training dated with in the last 3 years
• Recent experience working with in family support/ vulnerable children and families
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
