Job Description
Social worker - Advice & Wellbeing Hub - Reading
£38ph – On going contract
Location - RG1 2LU
We are currently looking for locum SW to join the Advice and Wellbeing Hub – initially will be 3 month contract and full time. The team manages all the new referrals coming into adult social care – so is a busy team but they will get a lot of support from the team and their supervisor.
Candidates will need:
- Experience in adult social care
- Can demonstrate a good knowledge/grasp of Care Act eligibility
- Produce robust risk assessment and safeguarding plans
- Undertake mental capacity assessments
- Will be flexible to as and when they will need to work from Reading – undertake home visits etc.
