Social Worker – Assessment Officer – East Riding
4Recruitment Services require an experienced Social Worker to work within a Adults Assessment team based within East Riding of Yorkshire.
The successful Social Worker will have experience of:
- Assessments
- Care Management
- Review Care Packages
- Adult Placement
- Report writing
- Home Visits
- Liaise with other professionals
To apply for this role, you must have:
- A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent
- Experience of an Assessment Team
- Be HCPC Registered
- Be eligible to work within the UK
Salary is Negotiable
