Role: This is an excellent opportunity for up to 2 Qualified Social Workers to join Staffordshire’s Kinship and Fostering Service on an agency basis.
The post holders will contribute flexibly to Staffordshire’s Kinship Care Service in the assessment of kinship carers. The post holders will work directly with a range of multi-agency professionals to coordinate the long and short-term family-based needs of children and young people and their kinship carers. Staffordshire has a longstanding record of innovative practice over many years that provides high quality assessment and support to kinship carers and to the children living with them. We are determined that all children in Staffordshire enjoy good outcomes and have undertaken a significant investment and commitment to ensure this continues through the introduction of Restorative Practice.
