Strengthening Families Administrator – Shropshire

Salary: £9.50

Full-Time (37 hours)

Skills and Abilities:

Support the translation of the strategic vision for Strengthening Families through Early Help into operational delivery.

Support professionals in the use of ECINS and Early Help module

Ensure the ECINS and Early Hep module system is used appropriately by partners, oversee the quality of entries on the system and provide support for the quality assessment of cases, feedback to audit

Your Main Priorities

To support the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the project.

Maintaining finance systems including ordering of goods and processing of invoices using Business World

To be responsible for stationary orders.

Assist in quality assurance checks on ECINS and Early Help module

Support the collection of data for the Troubled Families Programme

Support professionals to provide evidence for Payment by Results claims.

Support the Locality Development Officer to get cases ready for audit and claims.

To ensure that materials and resources are up to date and well presented.

Maintaining and updating various team databases on a regular basis.

Dealing professionally with visitors

Work with colleagues to meet the team’s key performance indicators, support a culture of team working and ensure the team functions successfully in support of the Council’s corporate and service objectives.

Meet the behaviours and competencies adopted by the Council in the way in which they achieve their objectives and carry out their work

 EXPERIENCE:

Adopt a customer focused approach when delivering their service, ensuring engagement with service users and maintenance of an appropriate personal profile,

Act as an advocate for their service and work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole Council to meet the needs of the people of Shropshire,

Meet individual, service and personal development targets agreed through the Personal Development Review Process, learn from experience and are committed to continuous improvement individually and as an employee of the Council,

The post holder will be expected to contribute to a range of projects and build relations with both internal and external partners in order achieve specified outcomes but will not have direct authority over those involved.

The post holder will be responsible to the Troubled Families Strategic Coordinator, who is in turn responsible for the post holder’s health and safety, training and development.

The post holder will provide support to the Strengthening Families Team, particularly responding to tasks set through the Case Management System (ECINS and Early Help module), support the collection and recording of data and information, ensure that invoices are entered onto business world, provide telephone support for professionals to use ECINS and the Early Help module and provide general office support for the team.
