Pay Rates: £28.00  Per Hour

What the roles of a Support at Home Quality Lead Involves: Full JD Available

• The Support at home quality lead ensures consistent good quality service delivery by commissioned providers.
• Manages the day to day review of commissioned providers care coordination and undertakes case review to maximise the quality of service.
• Works with commissioned providers and with council teams as the point of contact for day to day resolution of any blockages to smooth effective delivery.
• Provides strong leadership and effective management to achieve improved outcomes for residents in receipt of care.
• Uses key data from systems to inform contract management and quality management processes.
• Delivers solutions that reflect local needs and drivers.  It takes responsibility for liaison with residents where required and acts as the ‘glue’ for all council functions engaged with residents in receipt of support at home.
• Embeds strong project management principles and practice, ensuring that key milestones are met, risks identified, and the project delivers the service outcomes and savings identified.
• Role coordinates activity across key stakeholders including; brokerage, commissioners, quality assurance, social workers and finance teams to maximise consensus and manage change effectively.
• Ensures the required standard of quality assurance, governance and risk management.
• To lead, and take responsibility for, effective management of the interface between social care and support at home services.
• To use knowledge of service delivery and market insights to inform and steer service delivery strategies, supporting the work of strategic commissioners.
• To engage with markets in order to meet current and future service needs, ensuring that commercial considerations, including market interest and capacity, are understood and addressed at each phase of the commissioning cycle.
• To ensure that partners, stakeholders and service users are effectively engaged and involved in service improvement and transformation activity.
• To manage operational delivery of the commissioning cycle at all stages.
• To assess, plan, deliver and review the council ‘care at home’ experience.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have previous experience working as a quality lead.
• Must have Management experience
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
