Are you a passionate, Support Worker looking for your additional house? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting for Support Workers to work with people with varying needs and Mental Health Issues in and around the Levenshulme area.

Pay Rate: £9.31ph

Role Details:

• To work alongside clients in a person centred way and help them to actively move towards living independently of services.
• To assist clients with practical tasks based upon their needs and aspirations as identified in their support and safety plan.
• Encouraging the client to mee their goals which help to achieve their outcomes.
• To implement the clients/families support and safety plan as developed by the support co-ordinator and inform and contribute to support planning reviews and assessments.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 6 Months recent experience working with vulnerable people of varying ages
• Proven experience and knowledge of Mental Health, Disabilities & Residential Care
• Ability to manage varied situations with each day being different
• Ability to motivate and encourage the clients in developing daily living skills
• You Must be empathetic but also be able to maintain appropriate boundaries.
• You must be able to cope with challenging behaviours & recognize risk and implement safeguarding procedures where needed.
• Basic Numeracy, Literacy & IT skills.
