What are the main responsibilities of the role?
Managing team of AMHP,
Guidance around MH act and guiding assessments
Lead co ordinating a rota
Managing, prioritising and reviewing referrals
Strategic work and risk
Helping out of hours team (not working out of hours)
Need to bring ideas for development
Key Skills
Must be an AMHP, lead experience preferrable
