Are you a passionate, dedicated Team Leader looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Team Leader to lead their team based in Tonbridge. You will be required to lead by example coaching, motivating and assisting the team to deliver support services of exceptional quality which meet the needs of individual customers and stakeholders.

Pay Rates: £17.05 per hour

Duration: 06/02/2023 - 3 months

Hours: Rota basis including days, evenings, nights and sleep in’s

Team Leader role: Full JD Available

• Work with and support the Project Manager to deliver accommodation-based and community support service.
• Inspire, motivate and support a team of Support Workers.
• Hold day to day responsibility for the support and supervision of staff within the team.
• Lead on the induction of new team members.
• Ensure team rotas are effectively managed.
• You’ll be tasked with assessing and managing risk effectively, reporting concerns to the Project Manager, as well as ensuring that you provide a healthy and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Manage and monitor an efficient, timely and fair referrals process.
• Oversee the efficient collection of rents and service charges locally reporting on income and other housing management performance to the Project Manager.
• Develop strong trusting working relationships.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent experience leading a team who support people with learning disabilities
• Practical experience of delivering front line services to a high standard and providing support services to vulnerable people
• A thorough understanding of the needs of vulnerable people, risk assessment, risk management
• An understanding of Health & Safety and its application
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Adult DBS Certificate registered to the update service
