Team Manager - Adoption Team

We are currently looking for a Team Manager - Adoption Team to work with one of our clients based in Blackpool. You will be working for the council.

Temp contract

Pay rate - £40ph

Job Purpose

The postholder will be expected to undertake a Team Manger role in line with Blackpool Families Rock principles in a strength based way.

As a Team Manager of the Adoption Team you will be able to and have a good understanding of Adoption legislation and how this impacts on the child, birth family and adopters and be able to carry out decisions made by the Court and ensure that permanence is achieved for Our children without delay.

Leading to Adoption you will be able to work with your team on writing good quality Child Permanence reports that are child focussed and understandable and will assist in the decision making of Adoption being in the best interest of some of Our children.

W are looking for a Team Manager who is a good leader and child focussed and can work closely with our colleagues in the Regional Adoption Agency Adoption Lancashire Blackpool, and other partner agencies who contribute to the permanent outcome of adoption for children with this care plan in Blackpool
