Are you interested in maintaining and developing our first class waste and recycling service?

We maintain very high standards for our operation and you would be part of the team which sees its role as having a pride in the waste and recycling collection in the Harrogate District, helping to encourage tourism by contributing towards our high cleanliness scores in competitions such as Britain and Yorkshire in Bloom.

The Post will be based at Claro Road in Harrogate but the successful applicant will work throughout the District.  You will be part of a waste or recycling crew ensuring that waste or recycling materials are collected from households and containers returned correctly thereby maintaining our first class service.  Full protective clothing will be provided.

Applicants must, be able to lift heavy loads, walk considerable distances and work outside in all weather conditions.
