4Social Work are delighted to announce its recent award of The ExtraCare Charitable Trust contract.

This significant win gives 4Social Work the opportunity to offer Care and Support staff to all villages and schemes across the UK. 4Social Work will be working with one of the UK's leading developer of affordable retirement villages for older people in need, with more than 25 years' experience of creating and operating supported housing for older people. ECCT’s target is to open three new Villages every 24 months.

                                                                                                                                                   

Kasey Sanders, Head of Care and Support said: “We are thrilled to have won this contract and look forward to supporting Extra Care who will now have clear visibility of compliance, control of cost and our bespoke technology will enable improved workforce planning. The end goal is to deliver extensive cost savings to ECCT whilst ensuring delivery of quality staff and ultimately, excellent patient care.”
