Independent Living Worker (Autism)  Hammersmith & Fulham Umbrella Pay- £21.92 per hour  14/10/2024 – 3 months initially Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 9.15am to 4.30pm, Tuesday – 9.15am – 5pm, 34.15 hrs/week – Office based To enable safe and stimulating direct support to adults with complex autism to enable them to be active, visible, and fulfilled members of their local community Work closely with families/carers to co-produce a personalised curriculum for each adult which meets their care and support needs, and factors their aspirations and wishes Work closely with families/carers and other health and social care professionals, to develop behavioural support plans Provide emotional and practical support to residents, along with personal care if required  Engage and support residents to learn and develop their interests, skills, and independence Involve residents in stimulating activities including sports, games, arts, crafts, activiti...
