Umbrella Rate: £30.00 - £36.00 per hour depending on experience. Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 36 hours per week. Information of the Role: Identify, understand, and respond to the health and social care needs of service users by providing relevant services to ensure positive outcomes whilst ensuring quality and cost-effective services.
