Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

Permanent Vacancy - AC/Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer (Commercial)
Paying up to £43,600 per annum
Static, Hammersmith
Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week.
Must have experience on commercial chillers, all things HVAC (AHU’s FCU’s VAV’s VRV’s), Mitsubishi and Toshiba split units, compressors.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

PPM & Reactive Maintenance

The day-to-day operation & maintenance in line with KPI’s and SLA’s and the Maintenance Model for Preventative Maintenance.

Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.

To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required.

Assist Lead engineer and Account Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.

Attend to reactive calls in line with KPI’s and SLA’s.
