Job Description
Grounds Maintenance Operative
Working: Monday to Friday, 7am till 4pm (40hrs)
Starting: ASAP
Rate: £12.00PAYE or £16ph via umbrella
Duration: on-going contract (3 months minimum)
Location: Heathrow & Gatwick
Note; Must possess driver’s license & to report to Heathrow each day, then use client vehicle for transport to other sites, then return to Waterside.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Monthly planned maintenance activities, Ride – on and pedestrian mowing, Strimming and Brushcutting, Hedge cutting, Hand weeding, Weed/Pest and disease spraying, Edging, sweeping and blowing, Shrub and tree pruning, Soil preparation and planting of bedding, shrubs and trees, Turf maintenance, Litter picking, Litter bin emptying, Leaf collection, Undertake any landscape/horticultural tasks as designated by the Supervisor or representative.
