Job Description

Helpdesk Planner/Scheduler required –Manchester, M90

Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm.

Starting ASAP

Start: 03/05/22

Length: 3 months minimum

Paying £13Ph via umbrella.

Objectives and responsibilities:

A critical role supporting the contract delivery to achieve PPM and reactive performance SLAs/KPIs for self delivered and subcontracted works.

General administration to support managers and supervisors in achieving contract performance.

Main Duties:

To raise work orders on system.

To raise Purchase orders.

To chase up work orders on a daily basis.

Respond to helpdesk emails within a timely fashion.

To provide administration support to Engineers, Supervisors and Management.

Answer the telephone and address all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Run open job weekly reports.

Assist with planning of PPM & reactive workload
