Are you a passionate, dedicated Housing Concierge looking for flexible hours? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting Concierge’s to work across various shift patterns in and around the West Cornforth area.

Pay Rates: £9.31 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Provide on-site presence at supported accommodation.
• Ensure the safety and security of the building and occupants.
• The post holder is responsible for statistical information regarding occupancy, updating project records in accordance with record keeping quality standards

Additional Information

• Housing Concierge are on site 7 nights per week, 365 days per year. Shift times are 8pm until 7-20am. This is a waking night shift.
• All staff work on a rota basis and managers work 9-5 Monday to Friday.
• Housing Concierge shifts are lone working shifts.
• The service consists of 24 private bed spaces for clients but also includes of 4 communal kitchens, 2 communal lounges and a communal garden.
• This service provides supported accommodation for women in crisis in a 24 bed space service, supports women with a range of complex needs such as mental health, offending, homelessness, substance & alcohol misuse, domestic violence & abuse, sexual exploitation.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months Experience working as a Housing Concierge
• Right to Live and Work in the UK
